Beaches
The Southern part of Corsica, and especially the surroundings of Porto-Vecchio, are famous for the magnificent beaches of white sand and turquoise water. Each of them is an enchantment.
The longest beach around Porto-Vecchio is the famous Palombaggia beach, an immense beach of white sand, with rocks spread all over and lined with parasol-pines.
For swimmers and walkers, the Santa Giulia Bay south of Porto-Vecchio, covered with juniper trees, offers its expanse of sand, caressed by the ebb and flow of the sea tinted with ocean colours. It is ideal for children.
